A 23-year-old Norwalk man was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after police pulled him over after observing him driving south on Danbury Road without displaying a license plate.
After stopping him at 3:35 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 29, police found Joshua Jiminez to be under the influence of alcohol.
He was also charged with driving without a license plate and driving with a suspended license.
While in custody, police learned that state police also had an active warrant for Jiminez's arrest. After processing him, police turned him over to state police.
He is due to appear in court to answer Wilton Police's charges on Oct. 9.
