Just after midnight Sat. Sept. 8, Leonardo DeVivo, 64, of 69 Osborne Ave., Norwalk, was spotted traveling southbound on Rte 7 in Wilton and driving numerous times into the northbound lane, according to Wilton Police.
DeVivo was stopped and failed field sobriety tests. He was charged with DUI and Failure to Keep Right and processed at Wilton Police Department. He was released on a promise to appear and has a court date of Sept. 19, 2013.
