John Howard Bruckner, 60, of 63 Myano Lane in Stamford was charged with Failure to Drive in an Established Lane and DUI on Nov. 20 in Wilton.
According to Wilton Police, a vehicle was stopped at Danbury Rd and Wilton Acres following up on a complaint of a witness who saw Bruckner swerve over the double yellow line and proceed at an erratic speed.
The operator, Bruckner, failed field sobriety tests and was found to be under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
Bruckner's BAC was .16.
According to Wilton Police, Bruckner was released on a Promise to Appear in Norwalk Superior Court on Dec. 2, 2013.
