Women Charged with Breach of Peace in Wilton Office Parking Lot

Susanna Pirri, 33, of 19 Covenant Lane in Weston and Teri K. Wagner, 55, of 41 Sunrise Ave. in New Canaan were each charged with Breach of Peace on Oct. 5, 2013 in a parking lot at 24 Danbury Rd., according to Wilton Police.

Police responded to a report of two females having an altercation over a parking situation with Pirri yelling and using profane language to the people on the second floor of the office building to move their vehicles or have them towed, according to police. Wagner came downstairs and confronted Pirri and the altercation became physical, according to police, with Wagner alleging that Pirri struck her in the shoulder and Pirri alleging that Wagner had grabbed her face during the argument.

The altercation was related to a parking situation in which people attending a real estate class being held in the building at 24 Danbury Rd. were parked in spaces typically used by employees who work in the building, according to Wilton Police.

Pirri and Wagner were each charged with Breach of Peace and released on a Promise to Appear. Both women have court dates on Oct. 15, 2013.
