Two Youths Caught with Marijuana at Wilton High

Administrators alerted police to two teens in possession of marijuana.

Two teenage males were caught with pot at Wilton High School after administrators found them to be in possession on Oct. 26 at 3:30 p.m. 

According to police, a 16-year-old male was charged with possession of marijuana and selling marijuana, while a 15-year-old was charged with possession of marijuana after he purchased it from the older youth.

Both were released on promises to appear at Nov. 15 court dates.

A 19-year-old Wilton man was charged with possession of less than one-half ounce of marijuana, driving too slow and failure to drive right after a motor vehicle stop on Danbury Road, near Olmstead Hill Road, on Wednesday, Nov. 7 at 12:20 a.m.

According to police, Gabriel Aly was seen driving 25 to 30 mph on Danbury Road, heading south. He was seen repeatedly tapping on his brakes, police said. Aly allegedly also crossed over the double yellow line of the road, into the northbound lane. 

After stopping him, police found Aly to be in possession of marijuana. Aly was issued an infraction ticket for the above charges with a Nov. 23 answer date.
