Wynn Watkins, 43, of Weston was charged with failure to appear in the second degree after he failed to answer motor vehicle charges in court. He was arrested on Feb. 20 at noon.
According to police, Watkins was charged with driving on a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to return a suspended license following a motor vehicle stop on Danbury Road in March 2012.
He was released on $250 bond and given a March 1 court date.
