Wilton Driver's Mercedes Rear-Ended on Danbury Rd at Gateway Center
The victim and two children, age 9 and 7, were transported to Norwalk Hospital by Wilton EMS for evaluation.
On Oct. 22 Michelle Barbieri of 30 Westport Rd in Wilton was traveling in the left southbound lane of Danbury Rd in a 2008 Mercedes E350 and came to a stop behind another stopped vehicle, when, according to Wilton Police, John Vidal of 627 Vincent Ave, Bronx, NY failed to stop his 2007 Toyota Camry and struck Barbieri's car.
Barbieri and two children, age 9 and 7, were transported to Norwalk Hospital by Wilton EMS for evaluation.
Vidal was charged with Following Too Close.
