Wilton Teen Arrested for Threatening, Disorderly Conduct

A judge in Stamford Superior Court ordered the accused juvenile to be remanded to custody, and after being processed at the police department, he was transported by officers to the State of Connecticut Juvenile Detention Center in Bridgeport.

On Dec. 18, a Wilton 14-year-old was referred to juvenile court following the issuance of an arrest warrant based on an investigation that began in October 2013 regarding a complaint from a 13-year-old female victim who reported that the accused had continually harassed her, in person and via electronic devices, wanting the victim to conduct acts of a sexual nature.

According to Wilton Police, the accused juvenile made threatening comments to the victim who reported the matter to a school counselor. A police investigation was conducted as well as an internal school investigation.

A Judge at Stamford Superior Court - Juvenile Matters ordered the accused juvenile to be remanded to custody, and after being processed at the police department, he was transported by officers to the State of Connecticut Juvenile Detention Center in Bridgeport.
