Eivind Heggland, 48, of 69 Indian Hill Rd. in Wilton turned himself in to Wilton Police on Oct. 7, 2013 upon learning of a warrant for his arrest for charges of Risk of Injury to a Minor and Assault in the 3rd Degree.
According to Wilton Police, the complaint was received on Sept. 20, 2013 when a school official became aware a juvenile had suffered bruises to one of his arms and redness to his scalp and alleged that his father had pulled his hair and punched him. Between Sept. 20 and Oct. 7, 2013 the school Youth Officer and the Dept. of Children and Families investigated.
