On Dec. 3 Jared S Sibayan, 36, of 39 Cedar Rd in Wilton was charged with Larceny in the 3rd Degree on a Victim over 60, Threatening and Disorderly Conduct.
According to Wilton Police, subsequent to an investigation into a domestic incident, an arrest warrant was obtained for the accused, who turned himself in to Wilton Police headquarters on Dec. 3. He was arraigned at Norwalk Superior Court on Dec. 4.
