On Dec. 30 Jessica Hyland, 26, of 9 Rockcrest Drive in Ridgefield was arrested by Wilton Police and charged with DUI.
Hyland was traveling northbound on Belden Hill Rd at 2:20a.m. in a Honda Accord and was weaving, crossing the double yellow line and activating turn signals several times for no reason, according to the police report.
Hyland turned into Belden Hill Lane where she was stopped by police who administered standard field sobriety tests. She was placed under arrest for DUI and was additionally charged with Failure to Driver Right.
Hyland's BAC was .197. She has a date in Norwalk Superior Court set for Jan. 9, 2014.
