Wilton Police report that an operator of a 2010 Harley Davidson had an accident while traveling northbound on Rte. 7 in the area of 659 Danbury Rd. on Friday, Sept. 13, 2013.
The operator of the motorcycle, Edison Tenesaca, 25, of Danbury, said he looked away from traffic ahead of him and when he looked back at the road, he saw a vehicle stopped ahead for traffic.
Tenesaca said he tried to brake but lost control on the wet road surface and hit the pavement, sustaining minor injuries to his left knee and elbow. Tenesaca declined emergency medical treatment and was issued a written warning for Following too Close.
