Kathryn Cassidy, 58, of Bellerose, NY was charged with DUI on Oct. 4, 2013. According to Wilton Police the woman was observed in a 1998 Plymouth Voyager near the intersection of Danbury Rd and Cricklet Lane, where she turned and came to a quick stop in the roadway.
The driver indicated she was lost and police reported the smell of alcohol in the car. Upon contact it was determined through testing and operator admission that she was under the influence of alcohol with a BAC of .22, according to Wilton Police.
