Is Gov. Dannel P. Malloy on borrowed political time?
The Washington Post seems to think so. The newspaper has listed Malloy, a Democrat, on its list of governors most likely to lose re-election in 2014. The newspaper points to recent Quinnipiac University polls that show Malloy's popularity steadily waning in Connecticut and his likely challenger, Republican Tom Foley, gaining ground.
