"This wouldn't have been possible without all of your hard work and support," Linda McMahon said when addressing supporters following her primary election victory.
"And to my fellow Republicans, thank you very much for this wonderful victory," she continued. "Of course, tonight is just our first victory...the bigger one comes on Nov. 6. And on that night, winning will be the start of a new direction in Washington."
