After a relatively polite initial P&Z hearing on a proposed amendment to allow sports field lighting upgrades at Middlebrook Field, the gloves were off during the second in the series of public hearings.
On Tuesday, Nov. 12, the third public hearing is scheduled for 7:15p.m. at Cider Mill School cafeteria, 240 School Road.
The first item on the P&Z agenda is the hearing is the proposed lighting amendment for field lighting atop poles up to 80' tall:
REG#13342, To amend Section 29-2.B to add definition of “Athletic Fields” and Section 29-9.E.2 to add new subparagraph entitled “Lighting for Outdoor Athletic Fields”
