Morning Coffee Lecture Series

Looking for ways to get your family to eat healthier?

Parks and Recreation's pre-school programming Sharon's on School Road is hosting a Free morning coffee lecture series for parents.  Beginning on October 28, 2010, Epidemic Answers will bring parents the first of a four part lecture series on healthier living.  Healthy Eating for Kids starts at 9:30, October 28 at Comstock Community Center in the pre-school hall.  These morning coffees are Free and all are welcome!

In our fast paced world, processed packaged food is the quickest and easiest option but they are often stripped of nutrients and loaded with chemicals and preservatives that are harmful to our children. Join us at Comstock on October 28, 2010 as we talk about:
