"Promoting Kids' Healthy Weight" in cooperation with Norwalk Hospital

Childhood obseity is a serious issue and has become a national priority.  Cannon Grange is taking action to help solve this by hosting a dynamic and interactive program for kids and their parents, to understand how to read food labels and food ingredients, and to take control of their weight by developing realistic strategies.  Ms Tamara Swett and Mr Peter McKnight, of Norwalk Hospital, will be the featured program speakers and will provide a wealth of information through video presentations, discussion and demonstrations.  Literature and resources will be available, as well as an opportunity to speak privately with Ms Swett and Mr McKnight.  The modest registration fee covers these materials.

Register online at www.cannongrange.org .  Walk-ins are welcome.
