Turnover Shop Donates $40K to Wilton PTA: Highest Donation in Store's 65 Years

To the Editors:

The Wilton Parent Teacher Association wishes to express its gratitude to The Turnover Shop of Wilton, Inc. for their generous donation of $40,000.

The Turnover Shop was founded over sixty five years ago to benefit the Wilton PTA and Visiting Nurse & Hospice of Fairfield County.

Each year, over one hundred and fifty volunteers work tirelessly to support these organizations.  This year’s donations mark the highest in the history of The Turnover Shop.

The Wilton PTAs are grateful for the Turnover Shop’s longstanding support.  Their generosity benefits every Wilton student and their families.  The Turnover Shop’s donations are used for enrichment programs for the students and their families as well as classroom Gifts and Grants programs at our schools.

The various enrichment programs supported by the Wilton PTAs reach across the educational disciplines as well as across all grades.  The Gifts and Grants programs help fund innovation in the classroom and support new educational initiatives at each school.

The Turnover Shop is an integral part of our community and the Wilton PTA urges you to support this wonderful organization either as a volunteer, consignor, donator, and/or buyer.

We are very grateful for The Turnover Shop’s continued community support and generosity.

With heartfelt appreciation,
