Wilton Student's Photography to be Featured at Pomfret School

Edwin Hollingsworth of Wilton is one of seventeen students from Pomfret School whose photographs are currently featured in "Altered," a show at P.S. [Pomfret School] ART, an exhibition space located in the Silver Circle Gallery and Art Center in Putnam, CT that features the works of Pomfret School students and faculty.

Photography teacher Lindsay Lehmann's advanced and AP 2D Design class students created one-of-a-kind images inspired by the work of Iranian photographer and filmmaker Shirin Neshat, whose work was featured this fall in the exhibit "She Who Tells a Story," at the MFA in Boston.

With results ranging from simple to ornate, students explored multiple techniques in 2D and 3D design, working with their image to either change its intention, enhance it, or explore a variety of techniques. Edwin is a member of the Pomfret class of 2015.
