Wilton Wahoos finish fourth at YMCA Swimming Championships

Christian Higgins wins two events for Wilton, while K.C. Moss has a first and second place finish.

The Wilton Wahoos finished fourth overall in the YMCA Short Course National Championships, which concluded Saturday in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Christian Higgins won two events for the Wahoos, who amassed 429.50 points, only trailing Sarasota, Florida (660), Middle Tyger (656) and Triangle Area, North Carolina (438).

Higgins won the men's 100-yard breast stroke (55.73) and the 200-yard breast stroke (1.58.22).

K.C. Moss won the 200-yard breast stroke (2:12.78) and finished second in the 100-yard breast stroke (1:03.62).
