Parrot Rescue Tag Sale & Open House, Sept. 27-29
Wilton Parrot Rescue is staging a 3-day tag sale this weekend that will culminate in a parrot open house on Sunday.
A few weeks ago Patch shared the story of Wilton Parrot Rescue, a group of dedicated volunteers who find homes for parrots who often outlive their owners as they have a life expectancy of 60, sometimes even 80 years.
- Tag Sale This weekend the rescue is planning a fundraiser that kicks off on Friday, Sept. 27 with a 3-day sale (10:00a.m. to 4:00p.m.) running through to Sunday, Sept. 29th. All proceeds go directly to Wilton Parrot Rescue.

On the last day of the tag sale, Sunday, Sept. 29, there will be an open house with a tour of the rescue from 11:00a.m. to 2:00p.m.
