Middlebrook School

<p>Middlebrook is Wilton's Middle School, a public school serving sixth,  seventh and eighth graders.</p> <p>The school houses over 1,000 students and almost 100 faculty and staff, with an average class size of roughly 20 to 22. The staff includes a Principal Julia Harris, Deans Nancy Hasenauer, Jory Higgins and Kevin Welch, and 16 instructional leaders. It defines its mission as "a safe and nurturing environment that provides [its] community of learners with the foundation necessary to contribute to a rapidly changing world."</p> <p>Middlebrook's curriculum focuses on language arts, math, fine and applied arts and technology. It also offers extensive extracurricular and enrichment opportunities.</p>
