All Aboard! Historical Society's Great Trains Exhibit Opens Saturday

Tom Hanford will join the celebration on Saturday, Nov. 30, at 11:00a.m. to illuminate 18th and 19th century train history through the use of stories and songs.

Great Trains Holiday exhibit at the Wilton Historical Society opens on Saturday, Nov. 30 and the historic 18th and 19th century buildings of the society have been transformed into a breathtaking winter wonderland, complete with nine tables and 16 different train layouts, all winding through forests of trees and lights.

The Historical Society's collection of trains, antique and new, has grown immensely since last year and their Trainmen are thrilled to share the new additions with the community.

The Great Trains Exhibit runs Sat., Nov. 30, 2013 through Monday, Jan. 20, 2014 Hours are Wednesdays through Saturdays from 10:00a.m.-4:00p.m. and Sundays from 12:00p.m.-4:00p.m.
